Synopsis

Ne Zha is a 2019 Chinese 3D computer-animated fantasy adventure film directed by Yu Yang and produced by Chengdu Coco Cartoon. The story is based on the Chinese folktale of Nezha, the young deity who becomes a hero despite being born a demon.

Born with unique powers, Ne Zha is feared and shunned by his community who believe he is destined to bring destruction. Despite his lonely existence, he dreams of becoming a hero. When a powerful enemy threatens his village, Ne Zha must choose between his fate as a demon or his desire to be a hero.
